Filing I-485 when Priority Date Not Current

Want To File I-485 When PD Not Current??

The Issues:

1.                 1.       Green Card Delays and Backlogs:

2.      The Per-Country rationing of green cards that exacerbates the delays :

 Who we are?

Immigration Voice is a non-profit organization (501 (c) (4)). We act as an interface between this set of immigrants and the legislative and executive branches of the government. All of our volunteers are unpaid. All monies collected by Immigration Voice go towards grassroots efforts and obtaining advice from our strategic counsel Patton Boggs. As a 501(c)(4) organization, Immigration Voice is obligated to file tax returns with the IRS and have its accounts audited by a CPA.

What can you do?

We invite you to visit www.immigrationvoice.org©, become a member, and support our efforts to help streamline the current legal immigration issues.  Remember, we as an advocacy group need your support to organize grassroots level efforts. At the end of the day, it’s your cause.

Efforts of ImmigrationVoice helped several hundred thousand IV members and non members file I485 during July 2007 fiasco. It has been three years since and we wish to understand the needs of our community for a provision that allows filing of I485 even if visa numbers are not current.

If someone wants to actively work on this provision let us know by sending an email to IV on info@immigrationvoice.org or call 202-386-6250 with your name, address, phone and your IV username.
